We want to emphasize the importance of an upcoming planned county-wide phone system maintenance scheduled for April 27, 2024. This maintenance, starting at 9:00 AM and expected to be fully restored by 12:00 PM (noon), is crucial for our phone system's continued reliability and security, which is vital for effective communication within the county.
During this maintenance window, if you need to report any instances of abuse or neglect, the Department of Child, Family, and Adult Services will be accessible through alternate contact numbers. Please use the following instructions to reach the appropriate services:

We encourage you to use the above phone numbers during this outage. We anticipate the CPS child abuse reporting line (916-875-5437) and the APS hotline (916-874-9377) will resume operation after the outage hours.
